Ruthless Blow is an attack used by Chilled and Mecha Frieza. When a Soldier showed fear at Future Trunks' incredible speed, Mecha Frieza executed him on the spot. Chilled did the same to one of his Soldier's as well.

The attack is simple yet effective: the user appears behind the victim (or, in the anime, he backed up to Frieza) and impales them through their chest with his palm, which is arranged like the tip of a spear.
